I personally do not read blogs ever. I rarely like to read about other people’s day online, or read about what they think. Why not just go to a website where you know the information is correct. When I think of blogs, I feel like they have low creditability. However for the second part of this blog we had to pick a blog and write about it. Therefore you could see my problem, I do not read blogs. I looked over some of the blogs my teacher put up on the class blog, but none of those caught my interest either. So I turned to what I knew best, celebrity gossip. I think you all know what I am talking about, Perez Hilton’s blogs. Perez Hilton has become so famous for his celebrity blogs. Everyone in Hollywood knows who he is, probably because each of their names has appeared on his blog at least once or twice. Most people know Perez for his humorous celebrity gossip. But I was surprised to see something else besides celebrity gossip grace his famous blog. I was a blog about going to vote. Perez wrote about how Krispy Krème is give away a free donut on Election Day to all people who vote. If you go to a Krispy Krème and show them your “I voted” sticker they will give you a free patriotic donut with red, white and blue sprinkles on it for voting. I know crispy crème probably paid Perez to do that but I just thought it was nice to see Perez encouraging people to vote and to see something besides celebrity gossip on his page. I am totally right along with you when it comes to reading other people's blogs. I also don't really want them to read mine. So after reading Perez Hilton’s blog, do you read more blogs?
